Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of KLVN, an iOS app that relights your photos. By downloading or using KLVN, you agree to them.

Your account

KLVN doesn’t ask for an email or password. Each install gets an anonymous account used only to track your credit balance and processed photos. Deleting your data in Settings permanently removes your account and everything in it from our servers — this can’t be undone.

Credits & purchases

  • KLVN is free to download. Free looks process entirely on your phone and never cost credits.
  • Other looks cost 1 credit each. Credits are sold in packs (currently 5 to 150 credits) and never expire.
  • Each new install receives 1 free credit, once. It is not restorable once spent, and is not replaced if you delete the app or your data.
  • There is no subscription.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store’s policies.

Your photos

You own every photo you put into KLVN and everything it produces. We don’t claim any license to use your photos for our own purposes beyond processing the specific edit you requested. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what happens to a photo when you apply a cloud look.

Acceptable use

Don’t use KLVN to process photos you don’t have the right to use, or content that’s illegal, abusive, or exploitative. Don’t attempt to reverse-engineer the app, abuse the credit or referral system, or interfere with the service for other users.

No warranty

KLVN is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Cloud looks depend on a third-party image model and an internet connection; results can occasionally fail or be rejected, in which case you are not charged. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Apple’s standard terms

Your use of KLVN is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these terms conflict with Apple’s, Apple’s terms govern your relationship with Apple as the App Store provider.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of KLVN after a change means you accept the revised terms.
